First sprain in 2 years since I started wearing an Active Ankle brace. If not for the brace it probably would have been a dislocation or break.

hah. Trying the old majic again and finding out that your over 25 body can’t take it? Welcome to my world. You could have just shot the 3 pointer and not had to jump/spin/whateverthehell you do in the air. 🙂
